Holy People is the longstanding solo music & performing arts project of
Pioneer Works music residency alum Leah Victoria. Best described as
avant-pop or "clown-poetics", Leah’s multi-layered, lyrical approach to the
experimental music genre draws from a wide variety of influences,
including spoken word, underground punk, noise & EDM composers,
ancestral Andean-Amazonian flute hymns and anents, and of course,
classical children’s folk melodies and nursery rhymes.
