Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of ordering. Shipment cost is dependent on package size, weight, location, and shipping service of choice.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipment cost is dependent on package size, weight, location, and shipping service of choice. If any issues arise, please email publishing@pioneerworks.org for assistance.

Returns/Refunds

All orders are final, but returns can reviewed under the following circumstances:

Domestic Orders: All unworn apparel and books/stock still in shrink wrap can be returned within 10 days of receipt, either in person or online. Returning shipping costs is the purchaser's responsibility. Refunds are processed upon receiving the item in its original condition. 

International Orders: All unworn apparel and books still in shrink wrap can be returned within 21 days of receipt. Returning shipping costs is the purchaser's responsibility. Refunds are processed upon receiving the item in its original condition.

If the item is not returned in its original condition within these time frames, the purchaser will not be refunded.

If an item becomes damaged while in transit, please email publishing@pioneerworks.org with documentation.
