Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped within 2-3 days of ordering. Shipment cost is dependent on package size, weight, location, and shipping service of choice.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. If any issues arise, please email publishing@pioneerworks.org for assistance.

Returns/Refunds

All unworn apparel and books still in shrink wrap can be returned within 10 days of receipt, either in person or online. Returning shipping cost is the purchasers responsibility. Refunds are processed upon receiving the item in its original condition. 

If an item becomes damaged while in transit, please email publishing@pioneerworks.org with documentation.
